Eight things counters ask.

Where a commercial term depends on the counter, or where nobody has written it down for this site yet, the answer says so instead of guessing. Ask the office and you get the real one.

01How do I open an account?

Fill the form on the account page with your shop's name, area and pincode, the lines you stock and a mobile number. The salesman who works your area calls, comes to the counter and takes it from there.

Nothing is opened before you have spoken to him, and there is no deposit to send in advance.

02Which areas do you deliver to?

Five areas along the western corridor — Mira-Bhayandar, Borivali, Kandivali, Malad and Goregaon.

Outside those five, ask anyway. A load large enough travels.

03Which day will my counter be visited?

Every area has a fixed day and the same salesman works it every week, so he knows what moved last week and what your counter keeps deep.

04Do you sell on credit?

Yes — you buy on account rather than against a deposit. What the terms are depends on the counter and on what it takes.

05Is there a minimum order?

Stock leaves our godown with the rest of that area's load, so a small order travels on the same tempo as a large one.

06How long does delivery take?

What is on the shelf goes out on the next run to your area. A pipe bundle and a carton of plates arrive together, on one challan.

If a size is short we say so on the call, before you plan around it — not after.

07What if material arrives damaged or wrong?

Tell the salesman on his next visit or call the office with the challan number. Transit damage and a wrong despatch are ours to sort out.

08Do I get a GST invoice?

Yes. Every despatch is invoiced to your GSTIN, so give it when you open the account and it stays on every bill after that.

Rates on this site are not published because they move with the mill and with what you take. Send a list and we price it.
